Returns and Exchanges
We have a no quibble refund policy!
Should you wish to return any item purchased at Clickcase you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery – no questions asked!
There are a few conditions though!
- The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to the address below.
- The item(s) returned must be in a saleable condition i.e. in original sealed condition.
- We will refund you the original purchase price only, excluding the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping any items back to us at Clickcase.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method only.
- Please email us at info@clickcase.ie with your order number to let us know that you are returning an item(s).
- We will issue the refund as soon as your returned item(s) reaches us here at Clickcase.
What if the products are faulty?
- E-mail us at info@clickcase.ie with your order number and details of the fault(s).
- Return the item(s), including all the parts, to the address below in it’s original packaging.
- We will offer you a full refund, including the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping it back to Clickcase. OR
- We will offer you an exchange for a similar item from our store and refund you for shipping the original faulty item back to Clickcase. (Please note if you choose to exchange for a higher/lower priced item we will apply any adjustments to the final amount).
For all Returns:
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery, such as registered post with An Post, to ensure that the item(s) reaches us safely here at Clickcase.
